1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at Threadrepublic24@gmail.com with your order details.

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear or use
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, check your bank account first.
